30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping
Once your return is accepted, we will provide the return address details in Australia. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as we offer free shipping on all orders.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
